Our Story
At Climb Right, our roots go deep. At the age of 9, our founder Andrew Emmans found his passion for business development, dedicating himself to ventures as simple yet ambitious as lemonade stands and lawn mowing services. By 11, his journey into the workforce had begun, setting the stage for a lifetime of entrepreneurship and a passion for learning. Over the following two decades, Andrew’s path was marked by the development of multiple successful businesses, naturally interspersed with valuable learning experiences — or “learning bites,” as Andrew describes his encounters with failure.
His entrepreneurial journey took a successful turn when he exited these ventures, having brought the companies to eight-figure annual sales portfolios, at the beginning of the pandemic. This was a time period that catalysed introspection and demanded self-reflection as we were all tackling tough new realities. Andrew avidly explored various roles, hobbies, and potential career paths that fostered his passion and ignited his curiosity. He continued to be a strategic advisor, embodying an informal consulting role, for his existing companies. With his intrinsic desire to help others in the business realm defining his journey, his passions crystallised into a clear vision. The result – Climb Right!
